It's been a few months since I published anything on this blog, that's because a new job got in the way.  But this morning I read an article with a bad title on Catholic News Agency  and I think a better title would be, life gets in the way. The bad title refers to the Pope's recent statements on abortion, without mentioning the additional statements further in the article on marriage- and how focusing on Chapter 8 of Amoris Laetitia means we often miss Chapter 4, where the real message of the document resides, in the spirituality of everyday life. I've often remarked that something in Pope Francis's reasoning to me seems off.  Self-contradictory.  Self-con
